GAFFNEY, S.C. — The Cherokee County coroner says a 4-year-old Gaffney girl has drowned in a pond near her family’s home. Coroner Dennis Fowler said in a news release that Kaitlyn Grace Millwood died Sunday afternoon. Fowler has ruled the death an accident.
